Mediterranean Addition Mill Valley

Extensive excavation and new foundations made way for a large rear addition to this existing Mediterranean style home. We worked with the homeowner and designer to create their vision for a grand open floor plan and a modernized use of the space, while retaining the original Mediterranean façade, to result in a large and airy 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms family-friendly home with Henry Built cabinetry throughout. 12 ft Nana Wall opens to the garden to extend the dwelling into the outdoors.
