Single Family Home in San Francisco

 

Hired by the owner of this property, we served as an advisor and master carpenter on the building of this beautiful new construction single-family home in San Francisco.

Among the multitude of tasks we carried out during this year-long project, we:

  • Built cabinets and shelving in living room, offices, and master bedroom

  • Installed all the custom cabinetry (kitchen, bar, closets, vanities, built-ins, laundry room)

  • Installed the windows and doors, including the massive entry door, oversized pocket doors, and multi-paneled patio doors

  • Built the substructure for the floating stairs

  • Created a custom fireplace seat

  • Built an outdoor kitchen

  • Installed the baseboards, door and window casings, and all detailed trim throughout the home

We had our hands on nearly every surface of this stunning 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms new construction home in San Francisco.
