ST. FRANCIS WOOD FULL HOME REMODEL

Sage carried out an extensive remodel of this stately home in the St. Francis Wood neighborhood of San Francisco. We worked closely with the design team and the owner to fully renovate this elegant property. We had a strict budget and a very tight timeline. We delivered a stunning finished product and completed the project within budget and ahead of time!

We touched every surface of this classic St. Francis Wood home, including:

• Fully renovated the kitchen and installed new custom cabinetry

• Remodeled and reconfigured 3 bathrooms and powder room

• Refurbished existing doors and original hardware

• Installed new detailed trim to tie in seamlessly to the existing moldings

• Built and installed custom closet

• Refinished floors throughout the home

• Transformed a hall closet into a laundry area

• Replaced the sewer lateral

• Installed new electrical service upgrade and rewired entire home

• Added new electric heat pump furnace and water heater

• Poured a new basement slab

• Painted the interior

• Coordinated solar installation
