Interior Remodel of Grand Victorian Home in Haight Ashbury

We began work on this classic Haight Ashbury Victorian with a modest remodel of the kitchen and master bathroom. Our goal was to integrate the modern with the vintage, updating the amenities without losing the period charm and grandeur of this classic year 1900 San Francisco Victorian.

By the end of the project we had touched nearly every room in the home, updating two powder rooms, replicating decorative trim and period details, restoring original door hardware, servicing original windows, replacing 1970s aluminum windows and doors with period appropriate replicas.

We also created a convenient laundry area with roomy shelving in a existing upstairs hall closet, refinished and integrated original and new floors, rebuilt a rear deck, and re-sided the back of the home.

Working closely with homeowner, whose mother had lived in the house for 40 years, we were able to deliver our client a lovingly restored and impeccably remodeled home full of original period charm and comfortable updated amenities.
